The free homepage design preview

When you request a free homepage design preview we review the business details you give us, confirm that we are a fit and that the timing works, and contact you about your preview. The preview is a homepage design concept showing the proposed direction for your business — not a complete live website. There is no charge and no obligation. Where a page on this site states a turnaround for a preview, it is a target rather than a guarantee.

We reserve the right to decline a request — for example if the business is not one we build for, if the site is already excellent, or if we simply have more requests than we can deliver on that week. If we decline we will tell you rather than go quiet.

The website package

The complete website package is $1,499, one-time. One payment. Nothing recurring unless you choose to add care after launch. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies in your jurisdiction. It includes:

• Up to 5 core pages: Home, About, Services, Service Areas, Contact
• Mobile-responsive design customised to your business
• Clear phone buttons and quote-request paths
• Contact form setup
• Service and service-area content organisation
• Basic on-page SEO
• Performance optimisation
• Placement of the reviews, credentials and photos you supply
• Analytics setup using your own account
• Domain connection and launch assistance
• Two consolidated revision rounds
• 30 days of post-launch support for bugs within the agreed scope

The following are not part of the package:

• Paid advertising and ongoing SEO campaigns are separate.
• Extra pages, integrations and substantial copywriting are quoted separately.
• Domain, hosting and third-party subscriptions are separate unless expressly included.

Timeline. Target delivery: 7–10 business days after we receive your content, access, and design approval. The window starts on the day we have received everything we asked for from you — text, images, logo, access and your approval of the design — and runs on business days. If we are waiting on you, it pauses until we are not. It is a target rather than a guarantee.

Revisions. The package includes two consolidated revision rounds. A revision round is one set of changes gathered together and sent at once; changes beyond the agreed scope, or beyond the two rounds, are quoted separately before any work begins.

Optional Website Care

Optional Website Care is $197 per month. Optional. Purchased separately after launch. Cancel before the next billing cycle. It is not required to own or run the website, and it is not a way to pay for the website package, which is paid for separately. It covers:

• Managed hosting
• SSL and uptime monitoring
• Backups appropriate to the platform
• Up to 60 minutes of minor content edits per month
• Monthly form and contact-link checks
• A concise monthly website activity summary where analytics data is available

On the following terms:

• Not another way to pay for the website build — the build is paid for separately.
• No SEO campaigns or ad management.
• Unused edit time does not roll over.
• Larger changes are quoted separately.
• Cancel before the next billing cycle.
• You keep ownership of the website. If care ends, we arrange the hosting transfer.

What you can expect before we start

Preview first. See the proposed homepage direction before purchasing the full build.

Clear scope. Deliverables, costs and timeline agreed before work begins.

Launch support. 30 days of support for bugs within the delivered scope.

Launch support covers defects in the work we delivered, within the scope we agreed, for thirty days after launch. It does not cover new features, content changes, third-party service outages, or changes made by anyone other than us.

What we need from you

Your business details, the services and areas you cover, photos you are happy to publish, any reviews and credentials you want shown, and access to your domain and analytics when it is time to launch. You confirm that any text, images or logos you send us are yours to use. We will not publish anything we have reason to believe infringes someone else’s rights.

Ownership

You own the completed website after full payment, subject to third-party licence terms for fonts, stock imagery and any services it uses. Fonts, stock imagery and third-party services remain subject to their own licences. If you take optional website care and later end it, we arrange the transfer of hosting to you or to whoever you choose.

Cancellation

The website package is a one-time purchase; once the work is delivered there is nothing to cancel. Optional Website Care runs month to month and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle, after which no further charge is made. Unused edit time in a month does not roll over and is not refunded.

Availability

We take 6 builds a month so that each one gets real attention. The number of remaining slots shown on this site is maintained by hand and is accurate at the time of publication. When a month is full, the next opening is the following month.

Liability

We will build you a well-structured website designed to make contacting your business easier, and we stand behind the expectations above. We cannot and do not guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific search ranking, or a specific revenue figure — lead volume depends on traffic, demand, competition and your marketing. Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability in connection with the work is capped at the amount you have paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Themetrek Studio is registered, and the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction. Your signed proposal names both.
